Paver washing, sand refill and sealing costs MXN $130 per m² with the Economy Package and MXN $180 per m² with the Premium Package. A 30 m² driveway comes to MXN $3,900 (Economy) or MXN $5,400 (Premium).
The work is the same; the product quality changes. For pavers, Premium uses a higher-grade, longer-lasting sealer; for roofs, a higher-grade, longer-lasting waterproofing.
Roof waterproofing costs MXN $130 per m² (Economy) or MXN $180 per m² (Premium) and includes roof cleaning and two coats of waterproofing. An 80 m² roof comes to MXN $10,400 or MXN $14,400.
Pressure washing of entrances, driveways, sidewalks, terraces, patios and pool decks, at MXN $70 per m².
Epoxy resin flooring costs MXN $1,000 per m² and includes surface preparation and resin application. It is ideal for garages, storage rooms, covered terraces and shops.
